ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30121 of 2024, dated 03.12.2024, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police everyday at 10:30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.
