Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of the matter and taking into account the fact that a photocopy of the aforementioned order has been filed, the reason given i.e., the original judgment was misplaced in transit at the time of petitioner's transfer from Central Prison, Coimbatore to Central Prison, Madurai, is accepted.

5. Sequitur is, the captioned Crl MP is ordered as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
