This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4108 of 2025 dated 18.02.2025 that the petitioner shall Page No.1 of 4

report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4108 of 2025 dated 18.02.2025 is relaxed.
