CRIME NO.1/2021 Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to [i] relax the bail condition the petitioner, on release from the prison, shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.4944 of 2021 order dated 23.03.2021. [IN CRL.MP.NO.5043/2021] [ii] extend the time for (c) the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs only) before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Salem to the credit of Crime No.1 of 2021, within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in Crl.OP.No.4944 of 2021 order dated 23.03.2021.
