This petition has been filed to relax the condition on the petitioners in para No. 7(b) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3078 of 2025 vide order dated 17.02.2025.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioners in para No. 7(b) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3078 of 2025 vide order dated 17.02.2025, is relaxed.
