ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the official respondent to survey and demarcate the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, which according to the petitioner is Page No.1 of 4
owned by him, based on his application, dated 07.08.2025 and representation, dated 29.10.2025.
2. The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 07.08.2025 and representation dated 29.10.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent. Since no adverse order is passed against the 2nd respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 2nd respondent is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the 1st respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the 2nd respondent, the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom they deem fit to put on notice. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- Page No.2 of 4
(a) Before surveying the lands in question, the 1st respondent is directed to issue notice to the 2nd respondent, the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, whom they deem fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the 1st respondent shall conduct the survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (c) There shall be no order as to costs.
