O R D E R
The plaintiff in the suit in O.S.No.81 of 2011 on the file of Subordinate Court, Kanchipuram, has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.81 of 2011 within a stipulated time. 2.The plaintiff filed the suit in O.S.No.81 of 2011 for recovery of money. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the plaintiff has filed the suit in the year 2011, the trial Court has not disposed of the same yet. Further, the learned counsel submitted that since the suit is pending for a long time, the plaintiff is put to hardship and prejudice.

va 4.Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the Subordinate Court, Kanchipuram, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.81 of 2011, on merits and in accordance with law, within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
