3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.80/- in the above Second Appeal in S.A.No.SR102437 of 2017 is condoned and the civil miscellaneous petition is allowed.
