O R D E R
The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition for a mandamus, directing the respondent to pay the undisputed amount of Rs.37,00,000/- for transporting the LPG Cylinders, vide work orders dated 07.06.2017, 12.06.2018, 08.02.2019 and 17.07.2019 to the petitioner forthwith.
2. In view of the common order passed by this Court in Application Nos.1625 to 1628 of 2020 dated 17.08.2020, the writ petitioner has already impleaded in the above applications, no further orders is required to be passed in this Writ Petition and hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
