Mr.Sirajudeen, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Habeas Corpus Petition, as the interaction, the Court had with the petitioner and the alleged detenue did not produce much of the desired result. 2.Permission is accorded. The Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It goes without saying that the rights of the parties are preserved to be worked out before the appropriate legal forum.
