(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it is directed that the fourth respondent may dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2017, after causing an inspection of the site in S.No.341/B3B1, situated at V.Kallipalayam Village, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District, which is a Government school play ground, within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of the order and on encroachment being found, conclude the proceedings in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned, within a maximum period of two (2) months thereafter.
