ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the wife of the detenu. Alleging that the detenu has been taken into the illegal custody by the respondents, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the detenu has been arrested yesterday i.e.,21.05.2020 in connection with Crime Nos.775/19, 1140/17, 1141/17, 374/18 and 405/18 on the file of Anuparpalayam Police Station, Tiruppur. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that since the detenu has been arrested at 22.00 hours yesterday, he will be produced before Judicial Magistrate III, Tiruppur today (22.05.2020).
4. In view of the above, the habeas corpus petition stands dismissed.
