Mr.M.Varun Kumar, learned standing counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself. 2.This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the third respondent to provide agricultural electricity connection to the Petitioner's land in Survey No.30/9B, Thuruvai Village, Vanur Taluk, Villupuram District under the special priority program as per the order No.686/A13/015/17-18 dated 31.08.2017.
3. The case of the Petitioner is that she is the absolute owner of the subject land by way of sale deed dated 01.01.1990 bearing Doc.No.30 of 1990. She submitted an application dated 02.03.1992 to the Executive Engineer (O&M), TNEB, Cuddalore requesting to provide electricity service connection for agricultural pump sets functioning at 15HP within the subject land. On receipt of the same, the Executive Engineer directed the third respondent to take necessary steps. Accordingly, the Village Administrative officer issued a certificate of ownership dated 02.03.2015. Consequently, the petitioner's application was accepted vide order in 686/A13/015/17-18 dated 31.08.2017. Subsequently, when the workmen from TNEB visited the subject land on 21.03.
2018 to fix and provide agricultural electricity connection, they were prevented from laying the requisite groundwork, lines and poles by the adjacent owners, viz., Palaniraj Chettiar and Govindaraj Gounder and hence, the Petitioner was informed by a letter dated 30.08.2018 that the permission and consent of those persons were required for provision of agricultural electricity supply to the subject land, to which, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 29.01.2020 to the third Respondent. However, she has not received any reply, till date. Hence, this Writ Petition. 4.Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if the representation of the petitioner dated 29.01.
2020 is directed to be disposed of by the respondents, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court, for which, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.

6.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
