This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking suspension of sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Salem, made in Old Spl.S.C.No.108 of 2018 and new Special S.C.No.147 of 2019 by judgment dated 13.02.2020.

This appeal is pending from the year 2020 and the learned counsel for the petitioner has not pressed this miscellaneous petition. However, now typed set of papers are being made ready and this Court is inclined to take up the main appeal itself for hearing and hence this miscellaneous petition seeking suspension of sentence is closed.
