O R D E R

The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court while granting bail in Crl.O.P.No.3482 of 2020 on 17.02.2020, for the offences under Sections 366(A) of IPC @ 366(A) @ Section 4, 7 and 8 of POCSO Act, that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Trichy, and report twice a day i.e., daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. for a period of three weeks. Thereafter report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m. for until further.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
