ORDER

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that, before the Trial Court, he filed a suit in O.S. No. 32 of 2025, seeking visitation rights. However, the Court below has not been inclined to take up the case for early disposal. The minor child is aged about three years, and therefore, the petitioner seeks an early resolution of the matter.

2. The reason stated is justified. Accordingly, the learned Trial Judge is directed to dispose of the case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
