O R D E R

The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court while granting bail in Crl.O.P.No.31457 of 2019 on 26.11.2019, for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294 (b), 452 and 302 IPC.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that this Court by an order dated 26.11.2019 had granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31457 of 2019 on condition that the petitioner shall stay at Nagercoil and report before the Inspector of Police, Nesamani Nagar Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., for two weeks and thereafter before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. He further submitted that the petitioner was complying with the condition only from 28.04.2020 and not even completed 30 days.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.
