The petitioner filed this petition to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4603 of 2020 on 28.02.2020 that thepetitioner shall 1/4

execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore, with a further condition that the petitioner shall appear regularly at 10.30 am before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam, until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a poor person, unable to execute sureties and due to which despite obtaining a bail order, he is still in confinement. Further, the case is pending as P.R.C.No.2 of 2019. The petitioner has been regularly appearing before the committal Court for nearly four year, but for one occasion. He is a daily wage earner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is having four previous cases. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified. The petitioner shall execute own bond for Rs.10,000/- before the Superintendent of concerned prison. The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arakonam on or before 01.07.2020, with a 2/4

further condition that the petitioner shall appear regularly before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam till the case is committal. This petition is ordered accordingly.
