This application has been filed to grant leave to the Applicants/Plaintiffs to sue the Defendants 8 to 17 and 19 to 26 in the above Suit before this Court.

2.Considering the facts that the Suit is for partition and the suit schedule property is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted to sue the Defendants 8 to 17 and 19 to 26, who are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court.
