This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an Order dated 06.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.22879 of 2023, to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10:30 AM.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner did not comply the condition imposed on him by order dated 06.10.2023.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
