ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents to approve the grant in aid and disburse the salary to the petitioner with effect from 04.11.2004 including the approval of further promotions and to release the arrears of salary and all other monetary benefits to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the request made by the petitioner seeking approval of grant in aid and disbursement of the salary to the petitioner with effect from 04.11.2004, conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the

3/5 petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
