Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to allow the petitioner to continue in the post of Para Legal Volunteer in District Legal Service Authority Chengalpattu. For Petitioner : Ms.P.Uma For Respondents : Mr.Digvijaya Pandian Additional Government Pleader

By consent the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.Petitioner would state that he was appointed as a Para Legal Volunteer by the District Legal Service Authority, Chengalpattu vide proceedings dated 06.02.2015 for the period commencing from February, 2015 to July, 2015 and it has been indicated from the said proceedings that he would be paid as per the provisions of the National Legal Service Authority. According to the petitioner he was performing his duty well.

The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 07.05.2015 to the first respondent, complaining about the activities of the Senior Assistant Thiru.P.M.Sampath, and prayed for appropriate action. The petitioner has not been favoured with any response and therefore, he has also filed application dated 18.05.2015 under the RTI Act praying for action on the basis of the representation given by him and since he has not been favoured with any kind of response, came forward to file this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Heard the submissions of Ms.P.Uma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Digvijaya Pandian, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.The petitioner has prayed for a larger relief. However, this Court without entering upon the merits of the representation submitted by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.05.2015 in accordance with law after putting on notice Thiru.P.M.Sampath, Senior Assistant and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as to the above said person. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
