The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that against the order passed by this Court on 23.07.2015 in W.P.No.12548 of 2015, W.A.No.343 of 2016 was filed before the Hon'ble Division Bench and the order passed in W.P.No.12548 of 2015 has been stayed by the Hon'ble Division Bench.
2. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
