ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner, who is the mother of the convict - Gunalan, S/o.Late.Balaraman, seeks ordinary leave.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that pursuant to the representation made on 12.04.2021, leave was granted on 21.04.2021 and 22.04.2021.

3.In such view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. If the petitioner has made any representation, the same shall be considered by the respondents in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. We make it clear that we have not expressed anything on the entitlement of the convict.
