O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for quashment of the impugned notice dated 23.04.2018 which came to be issued by the respondent and to forebear the respondent from initiating any further action or disconnecting the EB service connection of the petitioner, pursuant to the said impugned notice of the respondent.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 05.03.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 06.03.2023. When the matter was taken for hearing on 06.03.2023, once again there was no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 10.03.2023 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for Dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. 10.03.2023 NHS To The Assistant Engineer TANGEDCO ICF Division Chennai 600 038
