The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the official respondents have pursued further action as per the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act and therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Miscellaneous Petition filed by him seeking permission to reopen the writ petition.

He had also made endorsement to that effect. Hence, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
