Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider, process and pass orders on the application dated 03.05.2015 submitted by the petitioner for grant of No Objection Certificate for starting the respondent's proposed B.Ed. College in the name and style of "Sri Navaa College of Education" for conducting B.Ed course from the academic year 2016-17 on merits and in accordance with law within a time-frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. By consent the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner Trust claims that it was established in the year 2001 and it has also established and running a school namely "Vivekananda Vidyalaya Matriculation Higher Secondary School" at Mathur, Tiruppur District which is one of the reputed Matriculation school in the locality and has recorded cent percent result with high distinction.

3.The petitioner Trust has established a College of Education namely "Sri Navaa College of Education" and has applied to the Southern Regional Committee of the National Council for Teacher Education (in short SRC-NCTE) through online on 30.05.2015. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that orders have to be passed on the said application on or before 30.06.2015; otherwise, the Institution may not be able to admit the students for the ensuing academic year and hence came forward to file this writ petition. 4.Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.U.Venkatesan, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

5.This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer and without entering upon the merits of the same, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 30.05.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders on or before 25.06.2015 and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. 6.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
