This application has been filed to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.103 of 2024, pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Alandur and transfer the same, to be heard tried and adjudicated along with the suit in C.S.No.195 of 2024, pending before this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard Mr.S.R.Raghunathan, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Mr.S.Sudharshan, learned counsel for R1.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into account that the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application, the same is ordered as prayed for.
