Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to include the petitioner's name in the panel fit for promotion to the post of B.T.Assistant History and B.Ed.Middle School Head Master prepared as on 01.01.2011, for Virudhachalam Panchayat Union, in the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.460/A3/2011 dated 9.6.2011 at the appropriate place as per the seniority list prepared on 01.01.2011 for the post of B.T.Assistant and combined seniority list prepared on 1.1.2011 for the post of B.Ed Middle School Head aster, and consequently issue a direction to the respondents to promote

the petitioner as B.Ed Middle School Head Master or as B.T.Assistant with service and monetary benefits.
