Mr.S.Giridharan, learned counsel entered appearance for the first respondent.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The plaintiff in O.S.No.669 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif Court, Puducherry has filed the above Civil Revision Petition challenging the Docket order dated 13.04.2015 granting time till 27.04.2015 for filing counter of the respondents 1 & 2. The plaintiff filed the suit in O.S.No.669 of 2015 for declaration and permanent injunction. In the said suit, the plaintiff took out an application in I.A.No.128 of 2015 seeking for interim injunction. The trial Court, by order dated 23.03.2015, ordered notice to the respondents returnable by 30.03.2015. Thereafter, they entered appearance through counsel and sought time for filing counter. Against this order, the plaintiff has filed the above Civil Revision Petition. 4.Since the plaintiff has filed the above Civil Revision Petition against the Docket order dated 13.04.2015 granting time to the defendants for filing counter, I do not find any reason to entertain this Civil Revision Petition. The Civil Revision Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

5.The II Additional District Munsif, Puducherry, is directed to dispose of the application in I.A.No.128 of 2015 in O.S.No.669 of 2015, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 20.06.2015. Index : No 30.04.2015 Internet : Yes va To The II Additional District Munsif, Puducherry.
