This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.464 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that already investigation in Cr.No.464 of 2024 has been completed and file a final report. The same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.108 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thiruvallur. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and liable to be dismissed.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
