ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1246 of 2019 by order dated 21.03.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the submissions made by the counsel on either side, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner made in Crl.M.P. No. 1246 of 2019 to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh only) instead of Rs.3,26,138/- to the credit of Crime No.504 of 2018 before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate - I, Ponneri failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed. All other conditions shall stand as it is.
