The present Application has been filed to permit the petitioners to change the provision of law as well as the prayer portion in O.P.No.399 of 1996.

2. Mr.S.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application, the application in A.No.1407 of 2025 in O.P.No.339 of 1996 is ordered as prayed for.

5. The petitioners are permitted to carry out the necessary amendments within a period of two weeks from today.

6. List the original petition on 16.04.2025.
