O R D E R

Alleging that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with by the respondent, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Heard Ms.S.Sujatha, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr.I.Arokiasamy, learned Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Advocate, appearing for the Respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent submits that the order of this Court has been complied with by the Respondent by issuing a proceedings in Na.Ka.No.11821/N2/2016, dated 09.03.2016 which appears to be a speaking order. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the Respondent. If the petitioner has got any grievance he can work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
