ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(c) in Crl.M.P.No.19155 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.2033 of 2025 dated 15.10.2025, wherein the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Mr. P. Dhileepan, Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent, submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the said condition.

3. In view of the same, the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(c) in Crl.M.P.No.19155 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.2033 of 2025 dated 15.10.2025 is modified, and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police twice a day at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until 31.03.2026 and thereafter as and when required for investigation.
