(CRIME NO.50 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition Imposed in Crl.OP.No.4800 of 2022 dated 01.03.2022 on condition that the petitioner is continue to report daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crime No.50 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police station and thus renders justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4800 of 2022 dated 01.03.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.
