(CRIME NO.4 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed the petitioner is directed to report before the Investigation officer daily at 10.30 a.m., in the above Crl.OP.6492/2022 connected in the Crime No.4/2021 and pass such other orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.C.PAUL KANAGARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 25.03.2022 till date.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 22.03.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.6492 of 2022, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to appear before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders, is modified to that effect the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
