This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents from clamping detention order against the petitioner's son namely Ranjithkumar @ O.V.R.Ranjithkumar by detaining him under the preventive detention in particularly Tamil Nadu Act No.14 of 1982 pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2022 & 10.04.2022 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
