By consent the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner and her husband encroached a very small extent of poromboke land at Sirukalathur Village, Sriperumpudhur Taluk and put up small house bearing door no.3/38, Anbu Salai, Sirukalathur Village, Sriperumpudhur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and further claim that they are living there for the past five years subject to all statutory levies. The petitioner on account of their possession and enjoyment submitted a representation dated 29.04.2015 to the respondents praying for issuance of patta and since she has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Jayaprakash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Roofus Abraham, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4.This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer and without entering upon the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the fourth respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 29.04.2015 in accordance with law after putting on notice the concerned persons and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
