(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed seeking leave to file the main writ petition in W.P.Sr.No.38624 of 2024.

2. By order dated 19.10.2023, the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench while passing orders set aside the selection of the present petitioner and another person, who had been selected and appointed by order dated 04.08.2023.

3. But the fact remains that, in the original application, the present petitioner has not been arrayed as a party. Even though findings had been given for non-joinder of the parties by the Tribunal through the impugned order dated 19.10.2023, we feel that since the very right of the present petitioner is getting affected because of the order passed by the Tribunal, where the present petitioner had not been heard, we feel that, this petition seeking leave to file the main writ petition is to be accepted. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
