When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent would submit that as per the order passed by this Court in main writ 1/3

petition dated 22.10.2024, the request of the petitioner for issuance of patta in respect of 35 cents of land in S.No.620/1 was considered and New Patta has been issued in favour of the petitioner in Patta No.7818 with New Sub Division No.620/3. The copy of the New patta and FMB sketch has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Recording the said statement made by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent, this contempt petition is closed.
