Registry, on verification found that Court fee as ordered by the Court has not been paid in this case. Therefore, certified copy of the order has not been issued to the parties.

2. Non-payment of Court fee as per the orders of the Courts would result in disobedience of the orders of the Court, and recovery proceedings are to be initiated to recover the Court fees as ordered by the Courts.

3. Registry, in such circumstances has to initiate recovery proceeding against the parties, who have failed to pay the Court fees as ordered by the Courts.

4. Therefore, Registry is directed to issue notice to the parties to pay the Court fee within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the notice to be issued by the Registry, High Court. Failing which, all further actions have to be initiated to recover the Court fees in the manner known to law and by following the procedures as contemplated.

5. Registry shall issue notice to the parties within a period of four weeks from today.
