This Writ Petition is filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to refrain from shifting the office of the 1st respondent Bank i.e. State Bank of India, No.99, New Avadi Road Branch, New Avadi Road, Chennai-600 010 to a new premises at Temple Street, T.P.Chaitram, Chennai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the branch of the respondent Bank has been shifted to the new place. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
