This petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed petitioners 2 and 3 herein as legal representatives of the deceased second appellant.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. In the typed set of papers, the petitioners have enclosed the legal heir certificate issued by the Revenue Department, which shows that the petitioners 2 and 3 herein are the legal heirs of the deceased second appellant. Hence, this petition is ordered.
