This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 08.06.2013 and consequently take action as per law against the accused persons.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that complaint has been given on 08.06.2013 by the petitioner, which is not available with the respondent police.

4. Hence, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the second respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
