ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehending arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294 (b), 420, 506(1) of I.P.C., in Crime No.6 of 2022, on the file of respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The petitioner herein alleged to have cheating nearly 40 persons to a tune of Rs.45 crores by running an unregistered Chit. petitioner and dismissed the same. Hence, there is no change in circumstances to revisit the said decision. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
