This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to carry out true and proper investigation on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.150 of 2015.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner has given a complaint against his brother with regard to joint property. Since the complaint does not disclose any cognisable offence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
