Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records connected with I.A.No.244/2014 in I.D.No.73/2014 and quash the order dated 21.01.2015 made therein by the First Respondent, Principal Labour Court, Vellore.

ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed seeking quashment of the order dated 21.01.2015 made in I.A.No.244/2014 in I.D.No.73/2014 on the file of the 1st respondent, Principal Labour Court, Vellore.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, during the pendency of this Writ petition, vide order of the National Company Law Tribunal dated 08.08.2023, the petitioner company has been liquidated and the assets of the petitioner company were also sold by way of E-auction.

3. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
