The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have not complied with the aforesaid condition only two days; and that the investigation is pending.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.2941 of 2025, ordered on 06.02.2025. 4.
