Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition came to be numbered under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by way of transfer of O.A.No.5389 of 2002 from the file of Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal with a prayer to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in Proceedings Na.Ka. No. 2975/A4/2001 dated 02.05.2002 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to refix the scale of pay and to grant all monetary and consequential service benefits as per recommendations of the Pay Commissions and the Government Orders and pass such further orders. This Original Application filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, challenging the impugned order dated 02.05.2002 fixing the scale of pay of the petitioner, came on transfer as Writ Petition No.5229 of 2007.

Mr. S.M. Subramaniam, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceding his case submitted that the petitioner who has challenged the impugned order, has been rightly paid with the selection grade pay of Librarian Grade II on the basis of the recommendation of the V Pay Commission, and G.O. Ms. No. 302 dated 28.03.1999, hence cannot be allowed to have any grievance.
